Mike Bowen

I set up this business because I want to make a difference. My aim is simple, to inspire positive change in people and organisations.

I spent over 20 years of my career in advertising and marketing agencies at Director and Managing Director level, including a very insightful five years as Managing Director of an Italian advertising agency.

I was for many years a Director and part-owner of Transform People International, a leading learning and development business where I led many of the company’s key client relationships.

My work with worldwide concerns such as HP, Cisco, Lloyds Bank, Deloitte, Carphone Warehouse and Sony has given me an invaluable global perspective and a powerful grasp of multinational requirements.

I am qualified as an Executive Coach from Ashridge Business School, a trained NLP Practitioner and accredited in a range of psychometric tools.

What drives me?
Helping people get the most out of their working lives and helping organisations to get the best out their people.

“I have spent most of my career delivering practical and appropriate solutions to address client issues. I love the challenge and variety of solving problems in different business situations and there is something deeply rewarding when you’re working as the catalyst to uncover meaningful strategies that will resolve business problems and find the right kind of commercial and personal ways to proceed.”

I get fired up about what I do. That could be the influence of my Welsh roots but I am convinced that positive energy is contagious. I try and bring it into everything I do, whether it is delivering a workshop, mentoring a business or problem solving with clients.”

“Many years in advertising and marketing encouraged my creativity and innovative spirit. An impatient nature helps me stay focused. A series of senior management roles has taught me to be pragmatic and lateral in solving business problems. A good sense of fun stops me taking myself too seriously.”
